Fabiana Balducci - Founding and Managing Partner

Senior Executive in Banks and Corporate Finance with over 26 years of experience, evolving from an analyst in 1995 to Director at Credit Suisse, where she worked for 13 years performing analysis, negotiations, and structuring high yield /distressed debt. Fabiana also worked with non-performing loans and special situation assets, and selling fixed income portfolios, always focused on the Brazilian market. Previously, Fabiana had worked for two years at BNP Paribas and for ten years at Bank of America, working in several areas, including Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, and Credit Risk, where she led the corporate and financial institutions analyst teams. Fabiana is graduated in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica of São Paulo with an MBA in Finance at Insper. Additionally, Fabiana is a board member and chairman of the courses and events committee of TMA Brasil (Turn Around Management Association in Brazil). She is a member of the International Insolvency Institute and professor of several postgraduate courses at FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração and Insper.

Andrea Amorim - Founding Partner

Senior Executive with 20 years of experience in local and international banks in the areas of credit, debt structuring, corporate coverage, and Investment Banking. Before founding Lead Capital, Andrea worked as an Investment Banking Director at BTG Pactual, responsible for the origination of the M&A operations and capital markets (debt and equity). Andrea has also covered corporate clients in the commercial divisions of BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, BBM, and ABN Amro, accumulating large expertise in many different economic sectors and company profiles. Andrea holds a business degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo and a postgraduate degree in finance from the same institution.
